Bailey chord bolts (as shown in the figure below): used to connect diagonal braces, support frames and link plates. One end of the bolt is welded with a baffle, which is used to buckle the eccentric baffle on the edge of the component when the bolt is tightened, so that the screw and the nut do not rotate together.
Diagonal brace As shown in the figure below: Diagonal bracing is used to increase the lateral stability of the bridge. There is a hollow conical sleeve at both ends, one end is connected with the support frame hole on the vertical rod of the truss end, and the other end is connected with the short column of the beam. Each section of truss is equipped with a pair of diagonal braces on the end vertical rods, and an additional pair of bridge head end columns. The diagonal brace is connected with the truss and beam with diagonal brace bolts.
Joint board As shown in the figure below: The joint board is used to connect the second row and the third row of trusses. When there are three rows of double layers, one joint plate should be installed on each end vertical rod of the upper layer of the truss; for three rows of single layers, only one joint plate needs to be installed on the same side end vertical rod of each section of the truss. The tail section is installed on the end post.
