Press (27/03/2025)-With the firm intention of ensuring the rehabilitation of bridges across the national territory, on March 18th at the headquarters of the Ministry of Popular Power for Transport, the head of the portfolio, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán, signed on behalf of the Bolivarian Government, a strategic alliance with the Chinese company Great Wall Group, for the construction, installation, maintenance, and adaptation of steel bridges.
This significant agreement was reached within the framework of Expo Metal 2025, aiming to enhance connectivity and promote the nation’s economic and tourism progress through the collaboration of this company with the Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana and the Orinoco Steelworks “Alfredo Maneiro,” who will supply the necessary raw materials, marking a significant step for the economic and industrial development of the Construction Motor in boosting the productive apparatus.
In this way, the Great Venezuela Transport Mission remains steadfast in ensuring an excellent network of transport infrastructure, being guarantors of the construction and adaptation of bridges, overpasses, and viaducts in an effective and efficient manner, all in the interest of the mobility and safety of citizens.
